• Van Nuys High School honored "Attendance Matters Day" Featured

  Van Nuys High School honored "Attendance Matters Day" with a surprise celebration rewarding our students who came to school on time before the 3-day weekend! Students arriving on time were welcomed by staff members and ASB students and given a small treat. At the main entrance, students and faculty were treated with an impromptu performance by Mr. Eisenhardt's talented Jazz band, while in the quad, our spirited cheerleaders played music and energized students as they walked to class. To cap it off, all students who arrived on time to their first period were entered into raffle for five $10 Starbucks gift cards. Be sure to check out the video for a glimpse of this event.
