HOCO SPIRIT WEEK ITINERARY:

• Students & Teachers will participate in a week long spirit event where they dress up as the ASB provided spirit days. Each day we will go to classrooms and count who participated in the spirit day, whichever grade (teachers are a grade) has the least amount of participants will be voted out. We are calling this “survivor island.” We will reveal the winners each day during the morning announcements with the final winner being announced at Friday's (10/18/24) pep rally.

MOVIE MONDAY: dress up as your favorite halloween movie character or thriller character! 

12pm-1pm: Select members of ASB will go to each classroom during 4th period to tally how many students/teachers participated. 

1pm-1:30pm: At lunch we will hold a contest to see who has the most accurate outfit. All participants will receive candy while the top 3 winners will receive points for their class. 3rd place will receive 1 point, 2nd will receive 3 points and 1st place will receive 5 points. 

TWIN TUESDAY: match with your friends! 

9:30-9:40: 2nd period morning announcements will reveal the first group getting voted out.

12pm-1pm: Select members of ASB will go to each classroom during 4th period to tally how many students/teachers participated. 

1pm-1:30pm: At lunch we will hold a 3 legged race all twins who wish to participate may do so. All participants will receive candy while the top 3 winners will receive points for their class. 3rd place will receive 1 point, 2nd will receive 3 points and 1st place will receive 5 points. 

WHITE LIE WEDNESDAY: Display a white lie on your outfit!

1pm-1:30pm: At lunch we will hold a game of musical chairs. All participants will receive candy while the top 3 winners will receive points for their class. 3rd place will receive 1 point, 2nd will receive 3 points and 1st place will receive 5 points. 

THROWBACK THURSDAY: Dress in any 80s, 90s, or 2000s attire.

1pm-1:30pm: At lunch we will hold a game of basketball. Whoever makes the most baskets in 1 minute wins. All participants will receive candy while the top 3 winners will receive points for their class. 3rd place will receive 1 point, 2nd will receive 3 points and 1st place will receive 5 points. 

FRIGHTENING FRIDAY: haunted color wars! Seniors: red, Juniors: black, sophomores: gray, freshmen: white, to keep the day frightening and the boost spirit for the homecoming dance’s haunted theme, wear any gothic clothing within your grades color! 

1pm-1:30pm: At lunch we will hold an assortment of games. These games will include 4 players, one member from team red, black, gray & white. All participants will receive candy while the top 3 winners will receive points for their class. 3rd place will receive 1 point, 2nd will receive 3 points and 1st place will receive 5 points. 

At the pep rally we will reveal the winners of survivor island.

Post Spirit Week: Educare will be providing a gift to the entirety of the winning class/group.
