UCLA AP Readiness Program

Attention 2025-2026 AP Students!

As an AP student, you are invited to attend the AP Readiness STEM Program and/or AP Readiness HUMANITIES Program. You are welcome to register for BOTH STEM & HUMANITIES if you choose. These special sessions on specific AP courses will be held on UCLA Virtual Platform on Saturdays from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM once a month from September through April.

UCLA's Center X AP Readiness Program 2025-2026 Registration is now Open!!

Students & Educators can register at any time.

 The UCLA AP Readiness Programs will be conducted in 2025-2026 with Six (6) Virtual Program Dates on Zoom and  TWO (2) "IN-PERSON" dates for Each Program Strand. These In-Person AP Readiness Sessions will be conducted on December 13^th & April 18^th. Both HUMANITIES & STEM Programs will be on the UCLA Campus on the same dates. (Please note that a student MUST attend at least one (1) Virtual session to be eligible to attend the December 13^th In-Person session at UCLA.)

HUMANITIES STRAND

2025 > September 20th (ZOOM);  October 18th (ZOOM); November 15th (ZOOM); December 13th (In-Person on UCLA Campus).

2026 > January 31st (ZOOM); February 21st (ZOOM); March 21st (ZOOM); April 18th (In-Person on UCLA Campus).

STEM STRAND

2025 > September 6th (ZOOM); October 4th (ZOOM); November 1st (ZOOM); December 13th (In-Person on UCLA Campus).
2026 > January 24th (ZOOM);  February 7th (ZOOM); March 7th (ZOOM); April 18th (In-Person on UCLA Campus).

 

 *** ALL Participants that attend 4 or more AP Readiness Saturdays will earn APR Awards including a certificate & Back Sack. Those attending ALL 8 sessions will earn an additional Award.

 

You may only participate in one AP Readiness STEM subject and/or one AP Readiness HUMANITIES subject. If you are taking multiple AP classes, you must choose one STEM and/or one HUMANITIES to focus on for this program. You are welcome to attend both STEM & HUMANITIES.

Students who are eligible to participate must:

• Be enrolled in the appropriate AP
• Get approval from a parent or guardian to attend UCLA Virtual Platform & follow all the rules and conditions of the AP Readiness Program, LAUSD or Compton USD.
• Be willing to attend Virtually on Saturdays and study for 4 hours
• Furnish your own supplies & technical equipment.
